1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping across Bangladesh. Delivery to remote areas may take longer depending on the courier service coverage.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳100
• Free shipping for orders above ৳2000

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the courier's website.

6. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
